Your use of Monetta

Monetta is provided by ALLYGENIX PTY LTD. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Monetta is a budgeting tool, not banking, investment, credit or professional financial advice. You are responsible for checking entries and keeping backups. AI drafts and allowance estimates may be incomplete or incorrect.

Optional services and subscriptions

AI and sync require suitable connectivity and may be limited or unavailable. Manual records remain available when AI is unavailable. Do not submit unlawful content or interfere with service security or quotas.

Plus features require an Apple subscription. The app and Apple purchase sheet show the plan, billing period, trial eligibility and price before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. Manage cancellation and refund requests through Apple. Deleting data or the app does not cancel a subscription.

Your rights and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains data use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. For help, a complaint or a privacy request, contact monetta@allygenix.com. We may update these terms when the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
